Outstanding government contracting company by far the best I’ve had the privilege to work for

The pay is much better than most contracting companies they take very good care of their people that’s key to holding on to an employee for in this type of industry. They are hands everyone is easy to approach at all levels. If you have questions or problems they are solved in mins or hours not days. It’s very well ran company the senior leadership cares about their employee’s and you they show it. Not only finically but also by just being there for them we they need help. Mid-level management reflects the same type of dedication and drive as the upper level brass. The hiring process was seamless and smooth as can be there HR department is truly top notch.
Cons
There not the biggest company yet, however I see that changing over the next 5-10 years with the way they do things and how they treat their people they will be making moves like CACI, CGI, L3 in the near future...
