Pros

Big focus on employee satisfaction. Decent benefits, nice office and people. Flexible.

Cons

Company has not executed well on projects leading to many re orgs and cuts. Lot of red tape and processes. Promos are based more on time and not performance. Very conservative since it is a utility company at heart.
