Their AI software system that scans applications needs to be reviewed. No later than five minutes after me submitting my application, the system denied me (although I currently work in a literal identical position at a different company and different department, yet, SAME thing) and the system denied me stating they're looking for talent that, "While your background has many impressive aspects, we have selected candidates who more closely fit our current business needs." I didn't feel that my application was given a fair chance to be reviewed and I sought additional channels to audit.
