HR and Upper management do not take seriously HR complaints, sexism, or incompetence of lower managers, will do anything to keep toxic managers in place and not admit they were wrong to promote them.

I heard from an outside person who is very qualified that it's tough to get a job here at Sempra. Very strict requirements.
