      Pros

      As a new college grad, I was hired on full time and immediately began working on real projects with lots of autonomy. Open door policy with supervisors and management has allowed me to learn a lot and constantly ask questions. Company encourages personal development, lots of opportunities for horizontal movement across different departments within the company as well as room to move up.
