Well-run. Professional environment. Lots of opportunity unless you work in a public affairs capacity. Brilliant people work there and there are lots of exciting changes in the energy field. If you like a stable environment, lovely office surroundings, predictable roles and expectations, this place is for you.

Cons

Somewhat stodgy environment. The same people run the company that came up in the utility business so they are not always open to change and the latest trends in engaging employees. The same folks will probably always be there. If you want to feel like you are working for a cutting-edge company, this is not the place for you.
