      - great benefits - great people - lots of advancement opportunities within one of Sempra's companies - high salaries

      Cons

      - have to pay for parking in downtown - possible budget cuts related to utilities - constant company restructuring

      Sempra has great pay...not too much overtime and the people are motivating yet young and fun to hang out with.

      Cons

      Takes time to advance...promoting is definitely possible but it won't happen very fast so you have to put in time
