Pros
Great pay and benefits package. Nice downtown location and a nice office. People are generally friendly.
Cons
Very political and cut throat. Long work hours are expected. Like anywhere they say you work long hours when needed but it’s expected a lot. Managers and directors are always stressed out. Many, many meetings with people who just like to be heard. Heartless people get rewarded. They hire a lot of people with no personal skills. HR is a joke. HR looks out for directors. Complaints from lower employees are ignored or dismissed.
