Free lunch Remote work Good middle management

Cons

Higher ups don’t care Unrealistic workload and quotas Change in comp structure(make less money for more work) You are just a number Feedback is never considered False promises Huge changes without warning and just expected to accept it or your out the door

They take care of you and it is a great place to start a career.

Cons

On the sales side it can be intimidating to hit quota but the client success team is nice to work with.
