      Pros

      Used to be a great place to work, now not so anymore. Changes in org. structure and rules/comp/ literally everything happen more regularly than I have BMs

      Cons

      Everything changes every quarter. No visibility from upper management until change is locked in.

      Supportive culture and ambitious teams!

      Pros

      Teams collaborate openly and have a strong bias towards action. It's been motivating to be in this type of environment. Almost all of our work is given clear deliverables and targets. From top level objectives to team goals to IC north stars. As a manager, knowing whether or not you're successful is much appreciated. I've been able to drive my team forward because of it. Also, there's no shying away from the problems. Our work is always a work in progress and I've felt strongly that the teams and leadership are bought into that mindset.

      Cons

      Company is growing and making lots of changes, so there are some pains there associated with finding the right process (though somewhat expected).

      Semrush is a wonderful company to be employed by It operates its creative and fruitful business globally in EU and USA locations. We have great people, cozy offices, interesting projects, and an amazing company culture. We are multilingual and multicultural; you will be welcomed and perfectly recognized according to your talents and hard and soft skills. I am from 20202 with my Semrush company and will 100% continue the journey and recommend it to my friends.

      Cons

      It is an IT business operation and could require special professional skills. No internship programs are offered.
