Pros

At Semrush, we're really seeing the company take off and grow. With this growth comes loads of opportunities, though sometimes we hit a few bumps due to things not being super organized in some areas. But, our HR team does a great job supporting us as we expand. It's pretty cool being part of a team that's making waves in our industry!

Cons

At Semrush, while we're definitely on an upward trajectory, some might find the lack of processes in certain areas a bit unsettling. It can lead to a bit of instability at times

Pros

Total freedom when it come to technology and process. Very inclusive culture and colleagues. Distribute and remote working are the standard. Little bureaucracy regardless of the scale. Leaders in their industry. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

As many American companies firing people can be a little too casual, retention should be a focus. It lacks diversity, especially in the tech side. General vision and goals of the company are not always clear. At times little process which leads to things being incoherent. Many changes at higher management level.
