Pros

Company culture is Semrush's specialty. Despite the company's growth, the company managed not to turn into a rigid enterprise. The product approach complements principles of open interaction, and horizontal relations without direction management. Technological diversity - technical strategy allows Semrush to satisfy the developers' thirst to learn and use new technologies and approaches, but at the same time company does not turn into a technological zoo.

Big companies have long process chains, therefore there are silos sometimes.
