Pros

I enjoy working at Semrush. I really value the independence I have in delivering my tasks and the trust management shows in my opinions and decisions. It’s been especially meaningful to introduce changes to our processes and see them appreciated and fully implemented. I’m also grateful for the PTO policy. As a parent of young children, having that kind of work–life balance makes a huge difference. On top of that, the open, honest conversations and the many great people I get to work with and learn from make this a place where I feel supported and motivated.

Cons

In terms of what could be improved, I really do enjoy the flexibility of remote work, but I sometimes miss the energy of being around the team. Having a few more opportunities to meet in person would really help deepen that sense of belonging and make our connections even stronger.

Incredible onboarding, development and training. No stone is left unturned and there is an entire team to help, support and guide you to enable you to hit the ground running, All colleagues are very warm and supportive, it really feels like a team here. Very exciting solution and huge growth opportunity.

I feel really appreciated and valued in here. Remote work is definitely a new must, and Semrush allows for full-remote. Although we have amazing office and snacks and food (but my weight is not office-friendly) People are the best part of the company, regardless of the position, everyone is reachable and approachable. Thats really nice to have. Hopefully I stay here a while :)

Cons

Well, its a big a company with big company problems, lots of teams, communication issues, standard bottlenecks of the big company.
