      Pros

      -Good work/life balance -Great benefits (unlimited PTO, remote work, etc.) -A lot of support from your manager without micromanagement (depending on which manager you end up with) -Always open to receiving feedback

      Cons

      -A lot of change is thrown at you in terms of structure/compensation. Before you adjust to one change, everything changes again -Used to have a people-first mentality but that's changed since the IPO

      Great place for junior data scientists, but too stressful for middle/senior

      - a great team - a fascinating product - benefits, compensation for education, and healthcare

      Cons

      - performance review each month - no personal development track - you don't know what will you in next week - constant plans mutations - too high time-to-market (2-3 quarters)

      The pros are really good, but the cons are REALLY bad

      Pros

      You will get to work with exceptionally talented and driven peers. You'll learn a lot and see marketing challenges from a new perspective. This can set you up for long-term career success. The pay and benefits are competitive, and remote work and travel opportunities make this an appealing company to work for.

      Cons

      Marketing senior leadership is some of the worst you will ever encounter. At times, the behavior from senior leaders seems cruel for sport. The environment is heavily political: One day you're a favorite, the next you're being scapegoated or gaslighted. Constant changes and terminations create a culture of anxiety and fear.
