We have a great team, they are good people who want to help and collaborate. Our managers are on our side and help and actively take part in our work. There is a pleasant work culture and other colleagues respect our role.

Cons

There is a lot of collaboration with other departments, sometimes there are few defined boundaries on which team does which job, our team often picks up the slack.

For me, Semrush has been a perfect place to work. Maybe I’ve been lucky, but I truly feel grateful for working with my team and my manager. The key thing I appreciate about Semrush is the people. I’ve met dozens of talented, open, and friendly colleagues who have become real friends. As a lawyer, I’ve also had the chance to work on interesting projects and provide legal support for initiatives that helped me grow professionally. Semrush has become a big and meaningful part of my life, and I’m truly thankful for everything it has brought into my life.
