Pros

I feel really appreciated and valued in here. Remote work is definitely a new must, and Semrush allows for full-remote. Although we have amazing office and snacks and food (but my weight is not office-friendly) People are the best part of the company, regardless of the position, everyone is reachable and approachable. Thats really nice to have. Hopefully I stay here a while :)

Cons

Well, its a big a company with big company problems, lots of teams, communication issues, standard bottlenecks of the big company.

I enjoy working here. The culture is really supportive, people are open to helping each other and sharing knowledge. I’ve had strong opportunities to grow professionally, I like the culture of regular open feedback. Communication is generally transparent, and cross-functional work is encouraged.

Cons

Some processes are still being standardised across teams, which can occasionally create extra coordination overhead.
