      Management could use a lot more improvement

      Teammates were very helpful and nice to work with.

      Management over the content department went through leadership changes almost 2 weeks into the new role. In only 4 months of being there , my supposed to be manager (who never once took the time to get to know me as a new member of her team and other than onboarding, never had a 1:1 meeting or chat with me) decided I wasn't worth her time. I can go into all of the work and extensive training I did with them, but to keep it short, any time she did schedule a meeting, it was only to give lengthy and harsh feedback to a very short work time. You don't ever want to work for a place where your manager(s) don't even care about you. In 15 years of work experience, this one was by far the worst.

      Dear Sender, Thanks for your review. The onboarding period at Semrush can be intensive as the onboarding process typically runs in sequence with the usual work processes. We do work hard, and during this time there is extra effort put in not by just our new hire, but their teammate and manager as well. All employees here are expected to be working in the same direction from day 1 in the company. But we strive to be as honest as possible during all feedback sessions with our new employees as we believe it is critical for their growth and development. We regret you found it harsh.
