      Cons

      They present themselves as a modern, friendly, and best place to work company, but it's just a facade. The reality is that in some departments, the atmosphere is toxic, with managers or colleagues who only seek to climb the ladder at the expense of stepping on others. There are disrespectful managers who make negative comments about employees in front of the team. HR is aware of it and does nothing about it. There are continuous layoffs. One day you're working with a colleague, and the next day they're gone.
