A strong team of designers who share experiences and look for new knowledge. A mature design community with an established culture and values. Learning opportunities through a program of compensation courses, a library of useful materials, conference attendance. Ability to choose the path of growth in UX or UI discipline. Optimized work-processes and well-planned onboarding of new employees. Timely feedback and clear communication with the team. Best agile practices in the workflow.

Cons

These are not Cons, but you have to be willing to work hard and communicate a lot.

Community, Salary, Benefits, care for employees, mental health, team atmosphere, conditions of working place and time, modern and smart people

Cons

fear of losing your job and therefore working out to burnout; when they say that you can discuss any work issues and problems, but in reality - all these conversations were then used against you.
