Interesting tasks, depending on what team you work with. Stable business company. Transparent salary review processes. Relative independence of teams. Focus on human resources (unlimited PTO, many additional bonuses for sports, hobbies, medical insurance for employee and partner, team buildings, education, etc.).

Cons

Some departments/teams have bad processes configured.
