In SEMrush, I have an opportunity to work with a wide range of creative and inspiring projects. The level of freedom both in terms of creativity and decisions makes my work comfortable and efficient, without useless bureaucracy, I know that I'll be heard and trusted. From my first interview with the HR, I'm in love with the company's corporate culture. I also appreciate the professionalism of the colleagues working in the company - they all are all truly inspiring.

Cons

The ambitious goals and really productive colleagues always drive you to deliver more and better results, which sometimes affects the work-life balance for me,.

Awesome people, good culture, very modern and comfortable office environment, (snacks, parties, barista, paid participation in sports competitions, etc.), education, flexible off-time, fast-paced workplace. SEMrush is a great place to become the professional you want to be.

Cons

Sometimes communication is a bit complicated despite the agile structure.
