      Great benefits/salary but poor management and toxic workplace

      Pros

      Remote, unlimited PTO, online courses, attractive salary, young environment. The brand and the product are amazing.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace culture it's a company that behaves like a startup but has some toxic dynamics like in a big 4. Lack of clarity in communication, you can be asked to amend one plan 5 times instead of giving clear expectations in one go at the beginning. No onboarding process whatsoever. I sensed some favoritism when it comes to promoting to head of department and leadership roles, very much occupied by Russian/Ukrainian nationals or speakers, it felt like a feud. It's a pity.
