      Pros

      Salary always paid on time, modern and efficient work equipment, English lessons provided, friendly and supportive colleagues, very well-organized onboarding process.

      Cons

      A lot of knowledge to absorb at the beginning, intense workdays, working hours adjusted to the US time zone (late evenings in Europe), sometimes fast-paced with high time pressure.

      Pros

      - Depending on the day of the week free Lunch or Breakfast - Cabinets always filled with good snacks and drinks. - Co workers have become friends for life. - Company Hosted Events i.e. Presidents Club - Promoting Synergy in and out of the office... right TOB

      Cons

      - Constant Change - Layoffs -Unlimited PTO, but in sales you can't actual utilize it. - Micromanagement/too many pointless meetings - Quotas are clearly set by someone who has never spoken to a customer… or used the product. - There’s a growing gap between the mission statement and the mission reality — think ‘Grand Canyon,’ but with more Slack channels. - Once a marketer’s best friend, now a lead-gen tool for the sales team via mysterious lockouts - and the quota is still super hard to reach. - Performance-based culture: where underperformers get innovation... in the form of new obstacles and the top schmoozers get layups with luxury payouts.

      An excellent hiring process. The interview process includes the opportunity to meet the team you will be working with in the future. Transparency within the company. Well-organized workflows. Friendly atmosphere. Well-built onboarding process. A unique benefits system and unlimited trust PTO.

      Cons

      A somewhat large number of meetings and introductory trainings in the first two weeks of work.
