There is plenty of opportunity to succeed at Semrush. Some may argue there's a sink or swim culture, but that's the nature of sales and the reality of a public company on an aggressive growth path. From my experience, this was the expectation given and what I signed up for. As a scrappy startup for most of its life, today's Semrush definitely inherited some legacy process issues that needed overhauling. There have been flaws in our GTM strategy, backend and how we market / position our products, but I am happy to say the progress develops day by day. New leadership across every department from the C Suite to frontline management is making meaningful positive change a reality. The enterprise product team have built an amazing ecosystem of solutions that are only set to improve further with the massive investment Semrush is making in r&d. Sales leadership is demonstrably invested in the success of the reps on the team with the growth of the enablement department and improved tech stack. CEO Bill Wagner is excellent. Founder and CTO Oleg has built a tremendous company and done right by his employees.

Semrush has been the most rewarding chapter of my career. I can confidently say this is a company that recognizes and invests in its talent. The culture is built around continuous improvement. Not just for the product, but for people. I’ve grown more here than I ever thought possible, thanks to supportive leadership, a phenomenal manager, and a team that pushes each other to be better every day. The company truly cares about its employees' well-being, with incredible benefits, and unlimited PTO that’s actually respected. There’s a real sense of trust and empowerment here. With rapid growth and so much opportunity ahead, I feel genuinely excited to be part of what we’re building.
