- Selling an industry-leading platform. There's real name recognition. - No "cold" calls. Everyone you'll talk to is either a "warm" or "hot" lead. - Flexibility to adopt your own sales strategy, but still have structure and the resources you need to get the job done. - You're able to give feedback, and if it's good, it will often be implemented. - Potential to make a lot of money, no capped commission. - An amazing ramp to full quota when you're new - Not a normal "smile and dial" mentality. Less volume, more specific. - Hybrid work options - Office in Uptown/Oaklawn - Amazing people. It's fun going to work.

Cons

- It's sales, so not hitting quota definitely affects your paycheck.

Pros

Semrush has a lot of growth opportunities and ways to move throughout the organization. There are few companies of this size where as an Account Rep you can see your ideas on how to improve our internal processes and products get implemented.

Cons

Semrush is a rapidly growing organization. To do well you need to be able to adapt to changes as quickly as they come. If you are looking to show up to work and do the exact same thing you did the day before and repeat this process for the rest of your career then Semrush might not be the place to work. If you are looking for a place that will challenge you to grow and learn, then Semrush will be a great fit.
