Pros

In Semrush I like that I can work with the new technologies and participate in the different projects related to online marketing. There are no strict rules related to the development processes and it is really up to members of the team to decide what technologies they are going to use and what approach to chose for the development itself. Also company provides opportunity to visit conferences and studying resources for the employes. I like to study via books, so I can just ask for any new book I would like to read and it will be ordered for me

- i feed valued - working conditions are really great - direct contact with management - i like my office in Amsterdam a lot < 3

Cons

- sometimes working culture is more american rather than european, but worklife balance is still good

- Great autonomy within teams - Numerous growth opportunities - Strong management that knows what they want to achieve - Excellent office perks and benefits. The Berlin office manager is awesome. - Competitive salary overall - Extensive helpful documentation - Experienced, talented designers and developers - Working on a large-scale project with millions of users - Plenty of opportunities to interact directly with users and gather feedback - Amazing manager - Clear process of performance review.

Cons

- Extensive communication is required due to company's size - The high level of autonomy means cross-team projects require understanding different working styles and preferences
