Pros

Collaborative and respectful work environment. Leadership empowers initiative and supports ideas. Transparent communication, and good work-life balance.

Cons

There are very few downsides to working here. If I had to mention one, it would be that the Sava insurance plan, while covering the basics, is not as strong as some other options I’ve experienced before.

Pros

Semrush offers great benefits, insurance, community and culture. Overall, the employee care program is incredible. Very competitive salary, commissions and opportunities to grow. Known name, very strong product, and a huge fan base. Double digit growth which is rare to see in the industry

Cons

Sometimes communication becomes an issue and processes may become hard to change/implement, as bureaucracy is kicking in.

Pros

Benefits are good. Unlimited PTO is nice. People are friendly. Remnants of old Semrush are wonderful.

Cons

Business oriented culture. A lot of layers of managers. No wage indexation. Broken processes in the dev team. Unexpected layoffs are normal for Semrush now.
