Pros

* The company has a healthy and supportive atmosphere, which fosters a comfortable work environment. * The management actively encourages initiative, giving employees the chance to contribute meaningfully to the company's development. * There are many opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.

Cons

* Some aspects of the work processes are still evolving, but the company is in the process of optimizing them. * The IT culture and processes could be improved in certain areas, but overall, teamwork and colleague support help in efficiently solving challenges.

Pros

You get unlimited PTO There’s a President’s Club for salespeople who hit or exceed targets — it includes a company-paid trip. The offices in Barcelona and Amsterdam are really nice and comfortable. The team is international, friendly, and easy to work with. There are benefits for hobbies and team-building, which you can use for different activities outside of work. The company often celebrates wins — both big and small — with office events or team shoutouts. You might have the chance to travel for work, for example to attend events like Spotlight. There are opportunities to grow if you’re proactive.

Cons

There can be layoffs, so it’s good to be mentally prepared for that. Things change fast and sometimes without much warning — if you’re not comfortable with frequent changes, you might feel stressed to work here. There’s quite a bit of administrative work involved, even in roles where you wouldn’t expect it. Getting access to tools or apps you need for work can take a while — the approval process is long and not very flexible.

Pros

I like to work here. What I like most is the great work/life balance — you really have everything you need to perform well without burning out. The compensation is fair and in line with the current market. It’s a proper 100% remote setup with processes that actually support remote work, plus modern equipment. There’s also a healthy level of autonomy: you're trusted as a professional and have a lot of influence over how and when you get things done — which definitely helps with productivity.

Cons

At that moment I didn't face any significant issue
