I really have never experienced working in a company that would care about its employees so much. In SEMrush they take care of employees’ well-being, provide meaningful benefits and bonuses and definitely organize the best parties! But most importantly, they care about employees’ growth and development. In your work you are, in most aspects, your own boss and you are given space to work on the projects you are passionate about the way you want and see fit. It’s truly remarkable and I believe that is how an agile company should be.
Cons
You get so used to being treated super well that you won’t be able to work anywhere else afterwards without downgrading a lot :D
