You get to work with top professionals and a product that you can genuinely stand behind. Efforts are recognized, and there’s a real sense of ownership in what you do. The compensation and benefits are great, and there’s a strong focus on enablement and growth.

Cons

It’s a high-growth environment, so things can move fast - sometimes a little too fast. Priorities can shift quickly, and it can be tough to keep up if you’re not used to a fast-changing landscape. It’s not for everyone, but if you’re adaptable, you’ll thrive.
