      Great environment to learn, grow, and contribute

      The company is small enough to provide opportunities to make a meaningful contribution There is a strong culture around building trust and taking ownership which really contributes to positive working relationships Leadership takes employee engagement seriously, and really listens to the voice of employees Work-life balance is understood and respected You are surrounded by a lot of bright, technical minds with loads of industry knowledge Leadership makes a real effort to help employees understand the company strategy, and how they contribute to it at an individual level

      Cons

      The organization is growing, and that means constant change. For those who see opportunity in new challenges then this will be a positive, but for those uncomfortable with change, this may not be the right environment.
