      I've been working at Semrush for over 7 years, and it’s been a great experience overall. One of the things I really admire is the level of independence we have to bring our ideas and projects to life. There's a real sense of ownership here, and the entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged across all teams, which makes it an exciting place to work. The company also offers plenty of opportunities for growth and development, so you’re constantly learning and evolving in your role.

      Cons

      The work can be pretty intensive. The tempo is fast, and the expectations are high, which can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. If you're looking for a slower-paced environment, this might be challenging. However, if you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, this could be a perfect fit.

      Insane turnover in sales department. Most of the initial sales team that brought in high value and enterprise clients were let go.
