      Pros

      SEMrush has a perfect balance of work and play. Management is there to supervise you and guide you without suffocating you. There is a very healthy, collaborative environment amongst the team, no matter which team you're on. Although it is a sales organization with monthly goals to meet like any other, instead of it feeling burdensome or overwhelming, the company incentivizes you so tasks are a lot more motivating. Hard work never goes unnoticed.

      A bit more transparency of behind the scenes changes in structure.

      Salaries could be slightly more competitive Not a negative for all, but if you need clear direction and guidelines this environment may not be well suited
