Great culture and amazing people that makes work fun and engaging! Great compensation and benefits, that allow for a nice work-life balance. Great product used by millions of marketers worldwide – market leader – and I'm proud to be a part of it.

Cons

Can't think of anything, just usual aspects of working in a fast-growing company: One really needs to be flexible and open to change and taking on new challenges, as the company is pretty dynamic. The more the company grows the more approvals need to be gained to proceed with initiatives, so it can be frustrating sometimes.

Cons

My job was "eliminated" in March, laying off several highly productive team members in this process. The rationale was that this role was eliminated in an effort to focus sales upmarket. Fast forward 2 months, now they are rehiring for the same role. Very convenient that there's been an influx of positive reviews lately.
