      – Very employee-friendly, considerate, and caring – Ready to support your professional activities – Not as adaptive as a startup, but not as sluggish and full-of-policies as a corporation – May depend on a role, but generally give you full freedom in terms of your work mode: office, hybrid, or full remote – They are fun!

      Cons

      While having over 10 offices worldwide enhances workplace flexibility, it can also complicate internal communication. Solutions via Slack or meetings can sometimes be slow.

      1. Very competitive compensation package 2. Extremely collaborative environment—everyone has a say, and one's expertise is taken into account. 3. You are encouraged to take on projects that interest you and are guided along the way. 4. Very comprehensive onboarding—no questions left unanswered; what is expected of you is clearly stated. 5. Generally speaking, a very friendly environment.

      Cons

      1. Lots of meetings: but that is somewhat expected considering the company is distributed all over the world.
