Good market fit for the company and growing in terms of tools and investing a lot in the company

Cons

Management are pushing large deals too much. We dont get paid anything on smaller sized deals, they want 70% of our closed deals to be large deals and hitting that number is the only way to get promoted. Since they brought that in, almost no one has been promoted.

In 2024, we’ve had over 20 promotions within the team, marking the highest number in recent years—and the year isn’t over yet. Does this suggest that getting a promotion is challenging?
