      Most amazing office space I ever worked in

      Pros

      - amazing office spirit (great view of Prague, free food, events, budget for teambuilding, boardgame nights, etc.) - great salary - HR will go above and beyond to make you feel at home (ex : relocation package, help for getting a residence permit or a flat,...)

      Cons

      - Biggest one : the lack of transparency in the customer service procedures. Many times a person would ask for something a tiny bit precise, and you would end up pingponging for days on slack between the developpers and the customer team based in Russia to get an answer.

      Great company with lots of secrets

      Pros

      - Invests in your education - Flexible working time - Great office - Excellent colleagues - Great benefits

      Cons

      - Biased to Russian colleagues - Managers doesn't really manage you properly - Hardwork is not recognised - Hard to grow within the company unless you speak russian - Fires people within a day because of "restructuring". They were not given time to transition.

Regarding the termination process - we always tried to find the best way on how to part ways and keep good relationships with all ex-employees. We discuss and inform each employee about the steps and reasons to ensure that they have all the necessary information and understand our position. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback!
