Pros

Manageable workload and in line with work-life balance values. Competitive benefits, unlimited PTO and work flexibility. At the forefront of new trends with a remarkably innovative approach in all areas.

Cons

Unstable and not credible management. Subjective criteria for performance assessment, significant salary differences between team members. Culturally incoherent - international & pro-diversity company that evidently favours the growth of a limited group within a certain nationality. Confrontation between teams, not good long-term internal relationships. Immature and hostile environment. Lack of transparency and visibility of career growth opportunities.

Pros

If you don't need a freedom to express and defend your views, you might stay long and enjoy nice perks, regardless of your actual job performance.

Cons

The key to remaining employed within the company is aligning with the CEO and his favourites. Performance and results hold little significance if you do not conform to their views. Witnessed numerous instances of abrupt dismissals due to individuals expressing differing opinions rather than being agreeable. Sudden termination of entire marketing teams and management across various levels without providing information on the new point of contact - this pattern is considered standard. Upon becoming an unsuitable employee, my computer access was unexpectedly blocked, leaving my sales team unaware, with no new point of contact and forcing them to resort to social media for contact. This confusion persisted for a month until legal intervention secured compensation. The stress was immense, especially while balancing breastfeeding responsibilities, despite five years of dedicated service, i faced demands to be physically present in the office for eight hours while the team worked remotely... When I opted for maternity leave, they asked for documents to be brought to the office. Upon my arrival, my access pass was blocked, necessitating police involvement to resolve the issue.

Dear Sender, we appreciate your time spent on sharing this detailed perception, however, memories of the situation may vary. Labor law and ethical principles is what we pay most attention to in disputable situations, and the case you described was not an exception. On top of this, we always stay true to our internal values and keep a close eye on actions that potentially breach them. Yours, the Semrush Team

Pros

Great office management team and office culture Very collaborative between team members

Cons

Since going public this company more specifically its sales teams have taking a nosedive Constant layoffs with most of the global sales team being let go. Corporate cronies only care about dollar signs Half of the offices have been let go. With the state of the economy and tech sales in general I assume it won’t be done yet.
