Cons

For temporary they bring you in and do 1,2, 3 month reviews to screen you out. Doesn't matter if you are temp or permanent. It's a very bad policy and I advise to not leave a permanent job for one here that they say is permanent, but it's temporary to start out with. They were not honest with me about this when they hired me.

Very poor moral due to mismanagement spoilt what could have been a good job

Pros

Non management colleagues were great to work with, knowledgeable, and social when the day was over

Cons

Management tried to run department on a shoestring budget to look good, but this had detrimental effect on lower staff. Remuneration was not so competitive, and there was certainly a hire and fire policy.
