Pros
No work or very little work. But you need to be there in office and can enjoy watching video, play games etc. There is no restriction in the laptop, you can use as if you own and can watch anything. Good company (Bhubaneswar office) if anyone want to relax for few years
Cons
Bad manager both in India and USA (Indian manager in USA) USA site is better but Bhubanseswar office is worst. There are few guys who are there for more than 5 years get all the privileges. There group of people ( 5 or 6 people) have their own rules, they can come and go when they want. Management is ignorant about it. They created a very bad atmosphere in office. Most of the time, new people struggle to work with them and most of them left the company because of them. Many of the time people complain but management chose to be salient. These people will pretend as if they have lot of work but they all be watching FB, Ytube etc. Typical government office culture. Good luck to them and good luck to management. Salary hikes is dependent on the US manager. Sometimes it depends, how much massaging you do to them. There are so many Lead (All of the old timers) in the office but they don't have anyone under them. Most of the people are oriya and they talk most of the work related things in oriya, A non oriya guy will struggle to work here. No work from home if you are not part of the old people group No link between rating given and salary hike that you get. Infact no relation between your designation and salary.
