Cons

No salary increase or bonus, and sensor salary the same with common engineer at the same work. The superior said that the company will do a salary "review" just "review", but that doesn't mean there will be a salary increase.

Pros

They provided good corporate knowledge of basic Semiconductor manufacturing processes, if you are looking to apply to manufacturing side.

Cons

Promotion rate is slow. I received a one dollar raise after six months, granted that isn't that long of a time.
