ADVICE: If you've held any sort of professional job in a different industry, I can't stress this enough -- stay away from Sendik's. They don't value your experience, often seeing it as a threat to "we've always done it this way" and you will be underpaid.
COVID: Because grocers were considered essential, they made the entire Home Office staff work from the office 5x a week during the pandemic. Separated barely by 6 feet. All for "optics" -- a word they use often which means... they don't trust you to get your work done at home.

CEO has his hand in EVERYTHING - HR, Marketing, Store Activations, Store Level. Maybe take a weekend off and be with your family and trust the employees?
If grammar is your thing, prepare to be annoyed at the lack of understanding of there/their/they're, your/you're. And a lack of understanding of general buzzwords that reputable companies use.
