Pros

Overall great second job/evening job opportunity. Workers were so nice and friendly, good food, guests were for the most part very well behaved! My favorite though is sendiks does have a good career path for those who are looking for a place to move up in.

Cons

- Fast paced fast paced. Expect to move and lift things! (Neither good nor bad just be ready!) - not great at scheduling - can be easily be guilted to work harder when physically sick. I don’t want sick people around my food, so why would I? - stay late work environment

Cons

Management is all over the place. You have your good and your bad management styles. Growth is very slow here. Passed up for positions by people with less experience
