      Was genuinely excited when joining the company, like others have mentioned - Category 'leader' - Genuine, thoughtful co-workers - Market rate comp

      Where do I start: - Management needs serious introspection and coaching. Michael Scott ran his company better - Company strategy?? Lawyer's forced to do pro-bono work are more prepared

      Pros

      There are some really smart and kind people at the company. Truly genuine rockstars and teammates. Pretty competitive compensation and great benefits. Unlimited PTO, and lots of company holidays. Company encourages vacation time to recharge and even incentivizes that with a small annual bonus. Strong new leaders in place across the company that are trying to turn the ship around.

      Cons

      Multiple rounds of layoffs. No vision or mission for the company. Lackluster product that is getting beat by competitors left and right. No transparency on state of company financials or runway. Revolving door of executives and middle management all year. More or less has lost, rebuilt, and lost again an the entire marketing, sales, and cs team over the last 2 years. Warehouse that used to be constantly plagued by issues has permanently damaged reputation. (Note that his has gotten better, but the damage already done). Good luck working in any marketing or customer facing role.

      Pros

      Excellent product with amazing potential. Onboarding managers were excellent with coaching/feedback and training.

      Cons

      No job security. Was told we were "safe" from layoffs..we were cash positive...we were in a good place for at least 18 months and then, less than 4 months after the first round of layoffs, there was a second round. Very discouraging and does not inspire faith in the future of this company.
