      Failed Discrimination Testing

      There are no pros to Sendoso

      Cons

      Sendoso's 401k plan failed its discrimination testing, so our retirement contributions are being returned to us. This is another failure in a long string of embarassing missteps and failures.

      Like walking on eggshells

      - Colleagues were lovely and the level of talent was high - Product had a lot of potential

      Cons

      - Instability with constant layoff waves - Upper management had no idea what they were doing - Felt like a sinking ship

      No pros really except my coworkers were nice and did the best they could under the circumstances.

      Cons

      Layoff after layoff. The most chaotic company I've ever worked for. Understaffed and no structure. I have whiplash from all the changes that were made while I was working there.
