I've been working at Sendoso for over a year now, and I can honestly say that it's one of the best companies I've ever worked for. The culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative, and the people are some of the most talented and passionate I've ever met. We've had bumps and bruises over the past couple of years, but the new senior leadership and team are structured and set-up for success! They are strong goals that are actually reachable, but inspiring! One of the things I love most about Sendoso is the focus on employee development. I've had the ability to learn new skills, take on new challenges, and grow my career in ways in so many different ways! Overall, I'm incredibly happy with my decision to work at Sendoso. It's a great place to work, with a supportive culture, talented people, and a commitment to making a difference. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new job.
Cons
Fast-paced and demanding work environment. Sendoso is a growing company, and the pace of work can be incredibly fast-paced and demanding. This can be a challenge for some employees, especially those who are not used to working in a fast-paced environment. Over the past year I've been with Sendoso I walked in to a lot of different challenges around some leaders and number transparency. That being said, the leaders that weren't helping the company and the issues, have been removed and replaced with a stellar team! There is a growing movement on documentation and cross team project management. Historically this has severely lacked. So the movement to document processes is VERY welcomed! They do offer 401K, but no match! That's always a plus I would like.
