Pros
The warehouse team are great people. A few good managers that have been promoted from within.
Cons
There is a lack of transparency, the upper management team has no ownership and pushes tasks to the floor and area managers. There have been many rounds of layoffs in the past year. New management is only working to hire friends from Amazon to be in senior leadership roles, and there hasn’t been any internal promotion in over a year. Being a warehouse worker is stressful and only seem to be a body while the management team plays arcade games while stressing to the team that they need to hit goals.
