      Disappointment

      Pros

      - Managers and leaders outside of the C suite are excellent + colleagues are some of the best and smartest humans I've worked with

      Cons

      - Sinking ship - C suite hired brilliant, accomplished leaders in the space but don't empower them to implement their ideas or move the business forward. All (both micro and big picture) business decisions seems to made in a vacuum by the COO - Multiple layoffs over the last year have been clumsily communicated and executed

      Great people, terrible leadership

      Pros

      Lower management and employees are all great. Great people with a decent culture. Fun idea, just not executed properly the last year or so.

      Cons

      Not a need to have and the layoffs/economy is showing this to be true. Companies aren't buying a gifting platform that is priced like a premium service. Plenty of competitors are undercutting them and resulting in revenue goals being missed quarter after quarter. Upper leadership is clueless. They always seem to be behind on what they should be doing. Never on the same page, constant change, etc. Can't have a successful company if the sales leadership is constantly changing every few months. Literally no growth at all and no proper enablement. It's a dead end job.

      Great People - Product needs a technical revamp

      - People are great - Management are caring - Doing a good job trying to incorporate newer technologies into an older monolith

      Cons

      - Higher leadership initially lack transparency - 3 rounds of layoffs - Product has a lot of bugs that need to be ironed out, but is difficult due to the technical state of the product
