      Pros

      Sendoso has been everything I was looking for when joining a startup. A great set of accomplished, intelligent leaders and a smart fun-loving team. An amazing market opportunity and demand for our product, and the autonomy to sharpen your leadership skills and help build process and culture. Flexible work schedules. Not to mention our customers LOVE US.

      Cons

      There is a lot to be done in the business as we are growing rapidly. Can feel easy to get distracted sometimes. Be ready to wear a few hats, although this is par for the course at a startup.
