Thank you for the feedback and the kind words about the team. We acknowledge that the time period leading up to the last 12-18 months were significantly impacted by market dynamics and challenging times, resulting in layoffs across the industry, including at Sendoso. Over these last 18 months, our new leadership team has invested heavily in elevating the levels of transparency for the team - clearly communicated quarterly targets, monthly readouts on our progress towards these targets (including celebrating our wins - of which we have thankfully had a bunch!), as well as a monthly ‘ask me anything’ segment at our company all-hands meeting. We are also carefully and cautiously expanding our team with targeted hires in specific teams as the business needs arise. We are optimistic that this proactive approach will enable us to effectively support a healthy work-life balance for our teammates. We are truly humbled by the positive feedback from our current employees and it gives us confidence that Sendoso has been on the right path over the past 12-18 months.
